Well, Mozilla-dot-org has put up the new Mozilla roadmap, and for once, I understand most everything on the roadmap.
Mind you, I’m no C++ coder [far from it], but even I can understand that standalone programs that play well together are good, and bloatware is bad.
I’m a big fan of Mozilla, but I only use the Web browser. [What do I use for mail? I use Mulberry. Thanks for asking.] I’m too lazy to use Phoenix or something like that, and besides, Mozilla’s got the most support from the community.
That said, though, if the Mozilla people can build everything on top of the GRE and make the applications standalone but integratable, I’ll be forever grateful. Heck, I’d probably even donate some cash.
