So, it’s now insanely expensive to own a Manhattan apartment. We’re talking $900k expensive.
When I see what $900k buys in Huntsville, Alabama&emdash;I’d be hard pressed to find properties worth that much in this town, although I’m sure that talking to VV&W would help, right, Katharine? ;)&emdash;I think I’ll stay here.
I keep wondering if the days of the big city are over with the dawn of the Internet Age. Sure, I’d like a place with more culture than Huntsville, but I could move to Nashville and buy a nice house in Brentwood for $900k.
