Would ya tell the rest of the body that we need to:

  1. Be sleepy around 11:30 every night?
  2. Actually go to sleep when sleepy?
  3. Stop that annoying cut-the-alarm-off-while-sleepwalking trick?

Yeah, it’s time to break out my melatonin capsules again.

  1. To go against the sinus infection I’m battling, I’ll choose the Nyquil over the Melatonin.

    (Note to self: Try the Dear Body letter. Anything is worth a try after a week like this)
